QPR looking to offload three key players in the summer

QPR are looking to offload James Perch, Jamie Mackie and Idrissa Sylla in the summer, according to West London Sport.

The London side are looking for a revamp in their squad as they look to reduce their wage bill and bring in some fresh blood in preparation for next season.

Right-back James Perch is one who is being tipped to leave Loftus Road. The 32 year-old’s contract expires in June and it is unlikely that he will be offered a new one. He joined them in 2015 from Wigan Athletic and has played 71 times for the Hoops.

The experienced defender, formerly of Nottingham Forest, Newcastle United and Wigan Athletic, would be a shrewd signing by another Championship side in the summer.

Guinean striker Idrissa Sylla could follow him out of the exit door. His contract expires in 2019 but QPR are keen to offload him in the summer for a fee. He joined them in 2015 from Anderlecht and has scored 14 goals since his move to England.

The final player linked with a move away from QPR is Jamie Mackie. He has been a great servant to the club but is expected to leave at the expiry of his contract in June. The 32-year-old is in his second spell at QPR and is a fans favourite there. It will be interesting to see how his potential departure goes down.
