Where will Norwich City’s £25 million-rated midfielder end up in the summer?

Norwich City’s James Maddison is a man in demand and the 21-year-old is expected to leave Carrow Road in the summer, according to the Sun.

The Canaries reportedly want £25 million for the England under-21 international. Here are four Premier League clubs who are on his tail-

Everton- The Toffees are said to be very keen on the Norwich City man. They have been known to invest in young players from the Football League and then give them a chance in their first-team. We have seen through them signing John Stones and Mason Holgate from Barnsley, Dominic Calvert-Lewin from Sheffield United and Ademola Lookman from Charlton Athletic, to name a few. James Maddison would fit in well at Everton and they may see him as a replacement for Ross Barkley.

Liverpool- Everton’s rivals Liverpool are also said to be interested. However, the Reds are the least likely to move for him as it would be hard to see Maddison break into their team past Sadio Mane, Roberto Firminio and Mo Salah.

Tottenham Hotspur- The London side are another club credited with an interest in Maddison by the Sun. Spurs, like Everton, have signed younger players from the lower leagues and given them opportunities. The best example of this is the signing of Dele Alli from MK Dons.

Manchester City- The Premier League champions to-be are the final club to be linked. Out of the four mentioned, Spurs and Everton are the most likely to sign Maddison as they would be able to give him more first-team opportunities.

Stay at Norwich City- It may well be the case that Maddison will remain at Norwich next season and he could help them with a potential promotion push under Daniel Farke. However, they will face a huge task in holding on to him in the summer.
