Two sides in desperate need of three points for opposite reasons go head-to-head at Stadium MK on Saturday afternoon when MK Dons take on Charlton Athletic in Sky Bet League One.
The home side have lost all of their last five league matches while they have not collected three points from a league fixture in 2018 while Charlton Athletic’s inability to keep their nerve late on in matches has cost them seven points so far in the month of February.
MK Dons go into the match without midfielder Alex Gilbey who has been ruled out of action for the remainder of the season following surgery. Ethan Ebanks-Landell is suspended while Peter Pawlett and Chuks Aneke will face late fitness tests ahead of the match.
Charlton Athletic make the trip north on the back of consecutive 1-1 draws in Sky Bet League One. Defender Jason Pearce is nearing a return to full fitness but is unlikely to be included in the squad to face The Dons while Arsenal loanee Stephy Mavididi and fellow forward Billy Clarke remain sidelined with injury.
The Addicks are set to receive a defensive boost with both Naby Sarr and Lewis Page set to make the squad while midfielder Ben Reeves may also return.
The match is scheduled to kick-off at 3pm with tickets available to both sets of supporters on the day of the game.
