PREVIEW: Bristol City v Leeds United

Two of the early season pacesetters in the Sky Bet Championship go head-to-head on Saturday afternoon when Bristol City take on Leeds United at Ashton Gate.

The Robins currently occupy fourth position in the league table after just one defeat in 12 league matches while Leeds United are in sixth despite having occupied the automatic promotion places during the early weeks on the campaign.

Bristol City go into the match without defender Eros Pisano who has a knee injury while striker Milan Djuric is nursing a groin problem although both players are thought to be nearing a return. Midfielder Korey Smith is also expected to miss out with a hamstring injury.

Leeds United travel to the South West with no new injury concerns to contend with. Youngster Ronaldo Vieira is available for selection once again after recovering from a slight knee injury. The Whites have lost all of their last three matches and manager Thomas Christiansen has some tough decisions to make when selecting his starting XI for the match.

Bristol City have an exceptionally poor recent record against Leeds United. The Robins have won just one of their last 10 meetings with The Whites and manager Lee Johnson will be looking for a better performance from his players this afternoon.
