Leeds after three Italians

The Daily Express are reporting that Leeds United owner, Massimo Cellino could go and have a dip into Seria A and try and persuade three of the leagues players to join him in Yorkshire. His former club, Cagliari, are one of Cellino’s targets for players. It’s rumoured that he is interested in promising keeper Marco Silvestri from there, as well as Hellas Verona striker Daniele Cacia. Thirdly, it’s thought that Cellino wants to snap up Roma starlet Federico Viviani, who spent quite a lot of time out on loan last season.

Winnall to MK Dons?

The Scunthorpe Telegraph are reporting that MK Dons boss, Karl Robinson, has been in talks with Scunthorpe United striker, Sam Winnall. Reports have said that Dons are in pole position to sign the striker, who has been the subject of two bids already. It is understood that Scunthorpe have received two bids of £100,000 for the strikers services.


Jacob Blyth wanted by Southend

The Echo are reporting that Southend United are keeping tabs on Leicester City striker, Jacob Blyth. Blyth spent time last season on loan at Northampton Town, and manager Phil Brown says he would like to bring him to Roots Hall. He said, “Jacob’s one we’ve done our homework on and if there’s a chance he could be leave Leicester on loan again then we would definitely be interested in him,”. He went on to say, “He’s young and raw as well but he’s one we’re certainly keeping an eye on at the moment because we do need more forwards.”
