The Football League is a hotbed for up-and-coming talent, and a host of players make the step up the pyramid every summer.
League 1 itself is home to a wide array of talented players, young and old, with players across the division subject to interest from Championship clubs and, in some cases, clubs from the golden land of the Premier League too.
Conor Washington made the step up from Peterborough when he joined London club QPR, where he is finally establishing himself in the Rangers squad.
