After spending the majority of the last 14 years as a player and a manager in Glasgow, Neil Lennon and Celtic formed a long and successful partnership. Now the 42-year-old has chosen to depart Parkhead his thoughts must turn to his next challenge as a football boss. Lennon will be eyeing a job in the top flight but could be persuaded by Brighton’s facilities and ambitions. Lennon has learnt a lot in his spell at Celtic and came up against the very best in Europe. With managerial experience, passion and determination for the next challenge I’m sure most clubs with a vacancy would love Lennon at the reigns. Some may question Lennon’s lack of managerial experience in the English game.
