On Tuesday night, there was no movement at the foot of the Sky Bet Championship, as the bottom five teams all succumbed to defeats. However, there were some notable movements in the top six. Brighton and Hove Albion’s 3 – 1 win against Birmingham City saw them move into the top spot of the Sky Bet Championship. Reading’s 3 – 1 win against Blackburn Rovers, saw them knock David Wagner’s Terriers into fourth, and Reading moving into the top playoff spot.
Meanwhile, a defeat for West Londoners, Fulham, saw Sheffield Wednesday capitalise on their defeat, meaning the Owls moved back into the playoff spots.
