On Tuesday night, several fixtures were played throughout the English Football League on a spring evening under the floodlights. It may have been a midweek fixture, but fans still traveled all over the country to back their sides and we collect those numbers in one place! Below shows the attendances and results for Tuesday 4th April in the English Football League.

Sky Bet Championship:

On Tuesday night, there was no movement at the foot of the Sky Bet Championship, as the bottom five teams all succumbed to defeats. However, there were some notable movements in the top six. Brighton and Hove Albion’s 3 – 1 win against Birmingham City saw them move into the top spot of the Sky Bet Championship. Reading’s 3 – 1 win against Blackburn Rovers, saw them knock David Wagner’s Terriers into fourth, and Reading moving into the top playoff spot.

Meanwhile, a defeat for West Londoners, Fulham, saw Sheffield Wednesday capitalise on their defeat, meaning the Owls moved back into the playoff spots.
