With an incredibly strong managerial portfolio, a head full of experience and the intelligence to mastermind an assault on the Premier League, it is surprising that Martin O’Neill isn’t the bookies favorite for the job. His 51.45% of wins is incredible and his managerial stints at Leicester, Celtic, Villa and Norwich were all relatively successful. He lead Celtic to the UEFA Cup Final where they finished 2nd. Not only did O’Neill have such success at Celtic, but in his playing career he has fond memories of Forest where he spent 10 years and won the European Cup. He seems an ideal candidate for the job, will he be chosen though?
