Leeds United’s first team squad are over in Ireland preparing for two games against Irish sides Shelbourne and Shamrock Rovers. What Leeds fans are salivating over is likely the chance to see the raft of new signings in action; that comes on Wednesday.
However, in the meantime it has been a case of training, getting accustomed to new faces and team-building exercises in order to hit the ground running so-to-speak.
In one team-building exercise (below) it wasn’t just the strikers and other forward players that were expected to prove that they were sharpshooters.
Pre-season is made for team bonding. Thank you to @courtloughsg for hosting #lufc today. #LUFConTour pic.twitter.com/GCSEl6q6iR

Turning up to Courtlough Shooting Grounds at Balbriggan in Dublin, Leeds United’s first team squad enjoyed a clay pigeon shooting session as they sought to unwind a little. Posing for the obligatory photo (above) the Leeds United players, coaches and other staff seemed to have enjoyed the experience.

First up is an official Tweet by the hosting shooting venue.

Leeds United’s #2 Pep Clotet then popped the following tweet onto his feed.

Then Toumani Diagouraga posted the following Tweet.

New signing Kemar Roofe also proved in more than one way that he is a sharpshooter.
And then the fans got involved.
Firstly it was a film audition that was mooted.

This fan continues the feuding theme.

Pretty sure that the following wouldn’t be allowed under Football League regulations.
Bamba should do this during a match to scare off the opposition striker 😂 #LUFC pic.twitter.com/fjWgwv8IsR

Leeds fan and perennial raconteur MrPaulRobinson sees it as a preventative matter.

The final word goes to this guy in a case of something akin to Straight Outta Beeston.
Imagine answering your door to find these two #lufc pic.twitter.com/2QXVEZwIcA

Now for Leeds United fans it is a case of onto Wednesday and hopefully the Whites showing a different sense of shooting that will bring a positive result in the first friendly of the season against Shelbourne.
