Right-back Hayden White will stay at Bloomfield Road until the end of the season.
White has started 11 games since he first arrived at the club in October on loan from Championship side Bolton Wanderers.
The young defender has contributed to a Blackpool defence that has kept four clean sheets.
Manager Neil McDonald has said, “Hayden has done very well in his time with us so far”
“He’s a player I’d previously monitored for some time and I’m delighted that he’s now saying with us until the end of the season.”

White has also impressed for the club, being named in The Football League Team of the week in October, a month in which he scored his first professional goal against Crewe Alexandra.
White has commented, “I think I’ve shown a bit of what I’m about and the manager knows that there’s a bit more to come. Hopefully I can show that in the games coming up.”
The loan extension could come at a vital time for The Seasiders who currently reside in 21st position, one point into the relegation zone.
