Man United and Crystal Palace interested in Championship striker

High flyers Crystal Palace have matched Manchester United in their interest to sign Fulham striker Moussa Dembélé, according to The Mirror.

It had been reported earlier that Everton and Tottenham were also interested in the U19 French International, looking to either bring him in during this January Transfer Window, or when his contract expires in the summer.

Dembélé, 19, has impressed greatly this season, lifting his side’s performances with an impressive 10 goals in 24 appearances.

The prolific striker moved to West London as a 16-year-old, costing The Cottagers a quite high sum of £250,000, although it has certainly paid off.

Even though the striker’s contract is up in the summer, Fulham have expressed very little interest in selling Dembélé in the coming transfer window.

Dembélé played the full 90 minutes in his side’s crushing 1-0 defeat at the hands of Sheffield Wednesday, but will look to revive his previous form when the side take on The Owls once more, this time in the cup, on Saturday.
