Arsenal have decided to end midfielder Serge Gnabry’s loan spell at West Brom early and recall him, but it will not be long before he is on the move again according to The Telegraph.
The German has played only 12 minutes of Premier League football since signing for West Brom back in August and this has prompted Arsenal to use a clause in his loan contract and recall Gnabry early.
West Brom manager Tony Pulis did not have much praise for the winger, and previously stated that Gnabry “was not at the level to play games”. This along with the fact that Pulis is targeting additions to his squad meant it was beneficial for both sides for Gnabry to leave the club.
After failing to impress out on loan to a fellow Premier League side, Gnabry now looks set to try his hand at Championship football for the first time, with Brighton expected to be among the clubs interested in the winger.
