Bolton Wanderers target winger in loan deal

Bolton Wanderers are targeting Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Rajiv van La Parra in a loan deal, according to a report.

It is believed that Bolton have already made an enquiry about the player and Wolves boss Kenny Jackett may be open to letting the midfielder leave after only five Championship appearances so far this season.

Van La Parra was reportedly close to leaving Wolves in the summer but ended up staying at the club. However after his limited game time this season, he could be open to leaving the club temporarily to play more football.

The winger signed for Wolves in the summer of 2014 and was impressive in his first season in England after signing from SC Heerenveen.  Van La Parra made 40 league appearances and notched ten assists.

Bolton are on a torrid run of ten games without a win and sit 23rd in the Championship table.  The club have been linked with several loan signings already this season and there will no doubt be more names mentioned as they look to avoid the drop.
