Five: Barnet
2015 Conference Champions Barnet are also expected to be at the top-end of the table come May next year with one-time Pompey player and managerial target Martin Allen leading the Bees into their first season back in the fourth tier. They have strengthened their squad with the signing of former Leyton Orient attacker Kevin Lisbie and right back Gavin Hoyte. The Hive based side are expected to impress in League Two and with Allen in the hotseat they should be able to give Pompey a good game. The last match between the two sides was a League Cup win for Branet back in 2011 at the start of a season which saw Pompey enter administration and be relegated to League One.
