MK Dons linked with Poland international

Karl Robinson is still searching for players that can help replace Dele Allie in midfield and recent reports suggest that he may have found that player.

Reports have linked Milton Keynes Dons with Nottingham Forest’s Polish midfielder, Radoslaw Majewski.

Majewski is a full Poland international, having represented his native country on 9 occasions since making his debut in 2007.

Majewski has had a long spell at the City Ground, having originally moved to Forest on-loan in 2009. He moved to the club permanently after the season and has made over 144 league appearances for them, gaining plenty of valuable Championship experience.

He has found himself on the fringes of the team and spent a spell last season on-loan to Huddersfield Town, but only managed to make 8 league appearances for the West Yorkshire club.

Majewski was reportedly close to making a move back to his native Poland with Wisla Krakow reportedly interested in him.

This failed to materialise and Robinson may look to lure the midfielder to MK1 if Forest release him from his contract, something that is expected to happen very soon.

He is still 28-years-old and has at least four or five good years of playing left in him.

With his experience in the Championship, as well as at international level, he would be an ideal player for the Dons to sign.

Fans are watching intently for news of any player potentially linked to the club and some rumours have fans believing that the season ahead might be much better than originally anticipated.
