Cardiff City willing to loan out Mark Harris in January

Cardiff City are willing to loan out Mark Harris this winter.

Cardiff City will give the green light for the attacker to temporarily move away in the January transfer window, as reported in The Sun on Sunday (19.09.21, pg. 61).

Harris, who is 22-years-old, has enjoyed plenty of first-team action so far this season in the Championship.

However, the Bluebirds plan to loan him out to get more experience under his belt.

Current situation

Harris made 17 appearances in all competitions for Cardiff last season and chipped in with three goals.

He has already played six times so far this term but is yet to find the net for Mick McCarthy’s side.

Career to date

Harris has been on the books of the Bluebirds for his whole career to date and rose up through the academy of the Championship side.

He still has two years left on his contract at the Cardiff City Stadium.

Previous loan spells

Cardiff loaned Harris out for the first time to Newport County and he scored three times in 20 games for the Exiles during the first-half of the 2018/19 season.

He spent the remainder of that campaign with fellow League Two side Port Vale.

Wrexham then lured him to the National League and he played 28 times for the non-league outfit.

Harris remained with the Bluebirds last season and also stayed put for the first-half of this campaign.

Another loan move could be on the horizon though.
