Charlton Athletic owner Thomas Sandgaard has sent a message to fans on Twitter following their 2-0 win over Crewe Alexandra yesterday.

The Addicks picked up their first win of the season at the fifth time of asking against the Railwaymen.
Nigel Adkins’ side stormed into a two-goal lead in the first-half with goals from Diallang Jaiyesimi and Jayden Stockley and the scoreline stayed that way.
First win
Charlton will be relieved to have picked up their first three points and will be hoping to start putting a string of results together.
It has been a summer of transition at the Valley as the London club have been preparing for Adkins’ first full campaign in charge.
A large number of players have left the club since the end of last term and eight new faces have come through the door so far.
There is also the possibility of more signings before the end of the transfer window.
Patience
It is understandable that some supporters have been frustrated with the start Charlton have made but yesterday’s result will have eased some worries.
It always takes time for a new group to gel together and Adkins’ side looked a much more cohesive unit against Crewe.
The Alex have struggled so far this season and are yet to win in their opening five games in the league.
