Manchester United keeping tabs on Leicester City starlet, Brentford also keen

Leicester City midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is on Manchester United and Brentford’s radar, according to a report by 90min.

Leicester City are currently aiming for promotion back to the Premier League from the Championship under Enzo Maresca.

Dewsbury-Hall, 25, has been a key player for the Foxes this season and has made 41 appearances in all competitions, chipping in with 10 goals and 13 assists.

According to 90min, Manchester United are the latest club to ‘explore’ a move for him, whilst Brentford have ‘tracked’ his progress. Brighton and Hove Albion are also said to still be interested after launching a swoop for him last January.

Dewsbury-Hall’s contract at Leicester expires in June 2027 meaning there is no urgent need to cash in on him this summer.

He has been on the books at the King Power Stadium for his whole career to date.

The Nottingham-born man rose up through the academy ranks of the second tier title hopefuls and and has since played 121 times for their first-team, finding the net on 15 occasions.

He has also had loan spells away at Blackpool and Luton Town in the past in the Football League to get some experience under his belt.

The Foxes may need to fend off interest from elsewhere to keep hold of him in the next transfer window with Manchester United, Brentford and Brighton keeping tabs on him.

Maresca’s men will be hoping that they are in the same league as the trio but they have been leapfrogged into top spot by Leeds United recently.

The Foxes are back in action after the international break with an away trip to Bristol City on Good Friday.
