3 Norwich City players capable of stepping up to the Premier League in the future

Norwich City are currently eyeing promotion back to the Premier League and occupy the final place in the play-offs.

Norwich City are 6th in the Championship table and are three points inside the top six above Hull City and Coventry City.

The Canaries won 3-0 away at Stoke City in their last outing before the international break.

Here is a look at three of their players who are capable of making the step up to the top flight…

Josh Sargent

The USA international, who has made 23 caps for his country to date, has scored 13 goals in 20 games for Norwich so far this season. He is in great form and will want to test himself in the league again above sooner rather than later.

Sargent has been linked with a summer switch to Brentford, as per reporter Alan Nixon on his Patreon. His current club may face a battle to keep hold of him this summer if they fail to go up.

Who is this?

Jonathan Rowe

He has a very bright future ahead of him in the game and has become one of the Canaries’ most prized assets. At the age of just 20 still, he has potential to develop into an ever better player down the line.

Rowe has broken into the first-team at Carrow Road over the past couple of campaigns and has caught the eye under David Wagner. He has 13 goals to his name this term and his pace and power has caused all sorts of problems to opponents.

Gabriel Sara

Norwich lured him over to England back in the summer of 2022. He left Sao Paulo to move over to Europe and hasn’t looked back since.

Sara, who is 24-years-old, has played 87 matches for the East Anglian outfit so far and has fired 17 goals, 10 of which have come this season. He is under contract until June 2026.
