3 West Brom players capable of stepping up to the Premier League in the future

West Brom currently sit 5th in the Championship table, as they have done for much of the season. They look poised to earn a play-off spot where they’ll battle it out for the third promotion spot.

Key players have emerged over this improved campaign for the Baggies, and you have to think some have a future in the Premier League ahead of them.

With that said, here are three West Brom players capable of stepping up to the Premier League in the future…

Tom Fellows

Of the current West Brom squad, academy graduate Fellows probably has the highest ceiling of the lot.

The 20-year-old has emerged as a first-team regular this season, notching five goals and four assists in 28 senior outings. On his current development trajectory, it might not be long before the winger makes the step up to the top-flight, be it with the Baggies or elsewhere.

Mikey Johnson

Johnston was struggling for game time at Celtic but after an impressive loan with West Brom, his stock has increased massively. His six goals in 10 Championship games has seen him start his own goal of the season competition and he’s shown the signs of a top-flight talent since joining.

Who is this?

At 24, Johnston has time to get better yet and if he can, it might not be long before Premier League clubs start to take note of his talents.

Cedric Kipre

As the oldest player put forward here, 27-year-old Kipre is perhaps reaching his ceiling. However, his West Brom career revival has been impressive and Fabrizio Romano previously reported interest from top-tier sides including Premier League clubs.

The Ivorian is out of contract at the end of this season, so it could be that a top-flight move comes sooner rather than later.
