Luton Town host Swansea City in the Championship this afternoon.
Luton Town welcome Russell Martin’s side to Kenilworth Road, with the two sides at contrasting ends of the table.
The Hatters currently occupy a play-off spot, sitting in 6th but only two points ahead of 7th place following a run of just one win from their previous five games. Meanwhile, Swansea City are floundering in 15th place after three games without a win.
Rob Edwards’ side fought back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 against play-off rivals Millwall in midweek and will be keen to take that momentum into the clash against the Swans.
Luton Town team news
Edwards spoke to the club ahead of the game, where he revealed that captain Sonny Bradley could start his first game since November after returning to the matchday squad for the first time against Millwall.
Reece Burke remains a doubt after missing the midweek game, whilst Gabriel Osho may not recover in time after being forced off against Millwall.
Danny Potts is also unlikely to feature after also missing the Millwall game completely. He hasn’t played since January and could leave Edwards with a defensive headache.
With the potential issue regarding the fitness of his centre-back options, Edwards could bring Bradley back into the side with him potentially ahead of Burke and Osho who both may not recover in time.
Despite his defensive concerns, there are no attacking worries in terms of fitness for Edwards who will likely name an unchanged midfield and frontline from the midweek draw and previous win against Birmingham City.
This game kicks-off at 3pm on Saturday.
