Out of contract midfield star considering offers from QPR, Stoke City and Cardiff City

QPR, Stoke City and Cardiff City have all tabled offers to Reading’s out of contract midfielder Andy Rinomhota, as per Bristol Live.

Rinomhota is among the Reading players who are out of contract at the end of this season.

He has emerged as an important player for the Royals since his breakthrough into the first-team, playing 139 times for the club.

However, his future is in doubt and it seems he has plenty of options available.

According to a report from Bristol Live, the offer of a new contract with Reading isn’t the only one on the table for the 25-year-old. The Leeds-born ace is also said to be weighing up offers from Championship trio QPR, Stoke City and Cardiff City this summer.

Bristol City have also held an interest in the versatile star, though the report states that the Robins’ pursuit has cooled.

It is added that Rinomhota is looking to make a decision on his next move in the coming days, with plenty of options on the table.

Ready for a new challenge?

Rinomhota has spent the vast majority of his career to date with Reading.

He linked up with their academy back in 2015 after impressing in non-league football with AFC Porchester and has remained with the Royals since. His expiring deal offers the chance for him to start afresh ahead of the new season though, and it seems he’s spolit for choice.

QPR, Stoke City and Cardiff City are all undergoing exciting rebuilds of their own this summer.

The R’s are embarking on life under new boss Michael Beale after parking ways with Mark Warburton, while the Potters and the Bluebirds have already been busy this summer in their bids to revamp their respective squads.
