Europa League side monitoring Nottingham Forest manager

Premier League side Wolves are monitoring Nottingham Forest manager Sabri Lamouchi, according to a report by Sports Mole.

Unai Emery’s sacking at Arsenal has sparked Wolves to prepare for the worst, as their manager Nuno Santo has been heavily linked with a move to the North London giants.

Santo’s performance at Wolves has captured the eyes of several big clubs around Europe. Since he has been at the Black Country club, the Portuguese manager has helped Wolves lift the Sky Bet Championship title, and guide them to a seventh placed finish in their first season back in the Premier League.

This saw them qualify for the 2019/20 Europa League campaign, and Wolves have already guaranteed qualification from their group with a game to spare.

Because of how well he has done, he has been linked with a move to Arsenal, who despite being lower in the table than his current club, have the history behind them which could make this a tempting move.

Wolves supporters will be desperate not to lose their manager, but according to reports they do have a plan in place, just in case Nuno Santo does depart.

They are eyeing up Nottingham Forest boss Sabri Lamouchi, who has made a good start at the City Ground.

Forest currently sit fourth in the Sky Bet Championship table despite a defeat at home to Cardiff City at the weekend, and they are expected to mount a real push for promotion this season.

Lamouchi has won over half of his games in charge of the East Midlands club.
