West Brom predicted starting XI for QPR test

West Bromwich Albion face a tough trip to QPR this weekend with the hosts sitting just one place behind Slaven Bilic’s men.

Here we take a look at the predicted starting line up for the Baggies:

The Albion keeper has had his critics this season but he couldn’t really have done anything about the two goals he conceded last time out and will start again here.

The former QPR man should start against his former club. Put in a man of the match display last weekend and for him to be dropped, even with Gibbs possibly returning would be extremely harsh on Furlong.

At fault for the second of Huddersfield’s goals but with Hegazi getting closer to full fitness, Bartley’s days in the starting eleven may be numbered. He should start here however, with the Egyptian only having had an hour for the under 23’s so far.

The big centre back was a colossus against the Terriers and netted his second goals in as many games in blue and white and is proving to be a very good signing.

Another assured performance in a makeshift left back role for the teenager against Huddersfield. So impressive have his performances been that a new contract is being discussed. Surely undroppable.

Will surely come back into the side following his two assists in the second half against Huddersfield. Showed an abundance of trickery and pace and always carries a threat.

Another captain’s performance and has added real steel and leadership this campaign. Does all of the hard work that often goes unnoticed but the fans have seen a real difference in the England international.

Never seems to misplace a pass. Always looking to carry the ball forward. Another certainty to start once again.

Already scored four goals so far this season, just one fewer than the entire of the last campaign. Looks much fitter and sharper and Bilic seems to be getting the best out of the former QPR man.

The Brazilian looked much better in the second half against Huddersfield when in his favoured number ten position and seems to have already built up a good understanding with the other attacking players.

Getting closer and closer to finding the back of the net. It would surely be a sweet moment for him to get his first in the league against his former club.
