Albert Adomah signs for Forest

Ghana forward, Albert Adomah has signed for Nottingham Forest on a two year deal after being released from newly promoted side Aston Villa.

Villa are the second club that Adomah has gained promotion to the Premier League with, after helping Middlesbrough to do the same in 2016, and he will be hoping for a successful season with Forest.

Albert Adomah has previously played for Bristol City, Middlesbrough and Villa all for three years at a time. For a winger, Adomah has a great goal scoring record throughout his career, for example for Bristol City he scored 17 goals in 131 games, for Middlesbrough he scored 23 in 130 games and for Villa he played 116 games scoring 22 goals.

This signing for Forest will be one that is a rotation player maybe, for example I don’t think that Albert Adomah will play every games of the Championship season as he is older now being 31 years old.

The addition is Nottingham Forests 6th of the summer, after signing a duo from Benfica aswell.

Forest look as though they are in a very good position heading into next season and it will be interesting to see whether or not they can clinch a play-off spot that they were near to doing last season, but just fell off in the last stages of the season.

Overall, I think that Albert Adomah is a great player with lots of experience of playing in the Championship and will therefore be able to help the younger players in becoming more mature and better at the game.
