Sheffield United are interesting in bringing Ravel Morrison back to the Premier League according to The Mirror.
The former England youth international could make a sensational return where he once played for the Manchester United academy before failing to break into the first team.
The 26-year-old has since had spells at Queens Park Rangers, West Ham and Lazio and recently found himself at Swedish side Ostersund.
Morrison is well known for moving clubs quite frequently and should he move to Bramall Lane it would be the ninth club of his professional career.
There were rumours circulating that he was seen at Sheffield United’s ground on Thursday evening but it is unsure as to what the circumstances were. He did however, like a tweet which ‘claimed he was at Bramall Lane’.
It is now believed that Morrison could be in talks with Chris Wilder’s men regarding a potential move to the Premier League new boys.
The former QPR man has been known for being a controversial figure in the past as he was expected to get a senior call up to the England squad earlier in his career before he had a disagreement with the boss at the time Sam Allardyce.
Despite Morrison having a larger than life character, Chris Wilder could still be willing to take a gamble on him with his talents on the pitch being undoubtable.
Morrison believes his reputation has somewhat preceded him when it comes to football however a move to the Blades may prove something of a shrewd acquisition for the Yorkshire side as they look to survive in the top flight.
