Liverpool are lining up a move for West Brom midfielder Rekeem Harper.
The Reds are looking to bag a bargain deal by signing the 19-year-old who is out-of-contract this summer, as per a report by the Express.
It is also believed that Tottenham Hostpur are interested in signing him as well over the coming months.
West Brom, who are now managed by Slaven Bilic, are desperate to hold onto Harper but he is believed to be weighing up his options.
Harper joined the Albion at the age of 12 and rose through their youth ranks. He was a key player for them at all youth levels and also represented England at both U17 and U19 levels.
He made his first-team debut for West Brom in a Premier League fixture against AFC Bournemouth in August 2017, coming off the bench in the second-half.
Harper was sent out on loan to Blackburn Rovers for part of the 2017/18 season whilst they were in League One to gain some first-team experience
Since West Brom’s relegation to the Championship, Harper has been involved in their senior set-up and made 23 appearances in the last campaign.
Liverpool are in the hunt for some signings to bolster their youth options but Harper will have to make a big decision. Should he stay with the Baggies and have more first-team opportunities or go to Anfield where the pathway to the senior side is littered with world class players?
