It was reported last night that Leeds United are keeping an eye on Bristol City winger Callum O’Dowda, as Marcelo Bielsa looks to bring in some needed reinforcement to his side ahead of the second half of the season.
Reports surfaced on Tuesday evening stating that Championship promotion chasers Leeds United are keeping an eye on Bristol City winger Callum O’Dowda, as they look to bring in a new winger to fill the void left by Spanish attacker Samuel Saiz.
The Robins’ assistant manager Stuart Holden was asked about the links between O’Dowda and Leeds, insisting that he does not know anything about the interest from the Whites.

United manager Marcelo Bielsa is determined to bring in some reinforcements this January and has made no secret of the fact that he is looking to bring in a winger and a goalkeeper. Swansea duo Daniel James and Jefferson Montero have both been linked with a move to Elland Road, but Bielsa is looking to explore other options.
O’Dowda is one of the men Bielsa is looking at. The 15-cap Republic of Ireland winger comes with Football League experience, including 106 games for Oxford United – where he played alongside Whites striker Kemar Roofe.
He moved to current side Bristol City for £1m in mid-July 2016, and he is in the last six months of that deal. He’s featured in 91 games (80 in the Sky Bet Championship) for the Robins, scoring four goals and providing 13 assists across all competitions.
This season, the Oxford-born 23-year-old has featured in 22 Championship games, scoring twice and adding four assists.
