Reports this morning suggest that Leeds United are keen to bring both Jefferson Montero and Dan James to Elland Road this month. The Swansea City pair both fit the bill in terms of what Leeds United are after it certainly isn’t straight forward in terms of doing deals with other Championship clubs.
That’s up to your people to decide. https://t.co/N4T0Mbmiew

Dan James is the more valuable of the two players currently due to his age and the fact he’s a young British prospect. Alan Nixon has suggested that Swansea City value him at around £2.5 million which shouldn’t be an issue if Leeds really want him. At 21 he is still developing and Leeds are short of wingers. He normally plays down the left but either side shouldn’t be a problem. Whether the interest in genuine or Leeds act on it is another matter entirely.
Interested in both. But realistically only likely to take one or the other. Want a quick winger. And a 10. And a keeper. https://t.co/zRtTjP8U9I

Jefferson Montero is another situation entirely. This would most likely be a loan but he’s a player who Leeds fans would love. One of the fastest players around and on his day can be a match winner Montero fits the bill for a player that could add something different at Leeds United. Montero and Jack Clarke bombing down the flanks is something to get the mind ticking over but again, how much interest in the player there actually is remains to be seen.
