Leeds United fans will be hoping that their side bounce back from the disappointment of a shut-out, 2-0 home defeat against Hull City on Saturday.
All the usual things were there for Leeds: the restrictive possession, the dominating shot count and the drive. Unfortunately though, the goals were missing as the Whites went down 2-0 to a Jarrod Bowen breakaway brace.
Both teams are actually coming off of a loss, Forest’s last game a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Millwall. However, Leeds do have the better form having won their last SEVEN game prior to their loss to Hull City.
On the other hand, Nottingham Forest are in something of a winless spin at the moment, not having won in their last five games. Forest’s last three points was a 2-0 win over basement side Ipswich Town on December 1.

The Whites start today with a team showing zero changes to the one that took the field against Hull City in their last outing. Not only is it the same starting XI, it is also the same bench as Marcelo Bielsa keeps faith with the same 18 bested by the Tigers.
It is a selection that was bound to draw some comment from Leeds United fans. Here’s what some of these fans have been saying.
Leeds United fans react to team news vs Nottingham Forest
Was a chance to freshen things up and move Phillips back into his best position and use halme’s height. Can’t help worrying tired legs here

Cue Clarke coming on for Harrison at half time.

I’m in no position to question Bielsa, but I really don’t understand why he’s not seen the need to freshen the side up a little.

I bet Harrison is buzzing in that changing room right now knowing he’s getting hooked at HT ♂️♂️

I’m no expert but surely a change to freshen it up have to say for QPR game let’s hope it’s 11 changes let’s give the guys a breather

In Bielsa I trust but dont see why he keeps playing KP at CB with Halme on the bench, KP has a much bigger impact in front of the back four. We looked tired against Hull and I feel we needed to freshen things up for this game, I hope I am wrong, Come on Leeds MoT.

Wish people would stop moaning about tired legs. Leave it to bielsa who is clearly more intelligent and has more experience in football than we all do. Have faith in the team
