It has become apparent that Marcelo Bielsa does things very differently to any other coach in the league. Today he confirmed that he will play the same team that started against Birmingham on Saturday as we make the short trip south to play Sheffield Wednesday.
That means that Bailey Peacock-Farrell will keep his place after having a bad day at the office on Saturday and it means that Adam Forshaw will once again start on the bench. Will he go with a back three or a back four? That’s the only situation that will need resolving and that will depend on how Sheffield Wednesday line up. Phillips may drop back into the defence if Wednesday go with two up front on Friday, if not he’ll start in his more natural midfield role, but he’ll start either way.
Bielsa straight up on his team for Hillsborough: "I won't change any player." #lufc

Leeds team to play Sheffield Wednesday
GK – Baily Peacock-Farrell
RB – Luke Ayling
CB – Pontus Jansson
CB (c) – Liam Cooper
LB – Barry Douglas
DM – Kalvin Phillips
CM – Mateusz Klich
CAM – Samu Saiz
RW – Jack Harrison
LW – Gjanni Alioski
ST – Tyler Roberts
There was a hope that Kemar Roofe may be fit for the game and although he is close he won’t be ready for the game. Pablo Hernandez and Gaetano Berardi are also getting close but won’t be ready for the game and it was confirmed that Izzy Brown and Patrick Bamford are far away from return, the Bamford situation we knew but the fact Brown is in the same category gives you and idea of the extent of his comeback.
Tyler Roberts will get another chance up front and the eyes and will be on him. He was marked out of the game on Saturday and it was a shame after his performance on Tuesday night. The chance will be there for him to run in behind tomorrow because Sheffield Wednesday will have no choice but to try and attack at home, the fans won’t have it any other way and it could play into Leeds United hands.
