Nyland & McGinn done- Three more players Aston Villa could sign on deadline day

Aston Villa are getting very busy now as Steve Bruce looks to bolster his squad after a quiet summer. Here are three players who they could sign on deadline day tomorrow-

Joe Bryan, Bristol City- Villa are close to signing the highly-rated left-back from Championship rivals Bristol City. The 24-year-old has been the subject of interest from various clubs this summer, including ones from the Premier League. It is Steve Bruce’s side who are set to win the race to sign him. Joe Bryan is now an experienced player at this level and seriously strengthens Villa’s defence.

Lukas Nmecha, Manchester City- The promising youngster is  a loan deal that could happen for Bruce tomorrow. He was spotted at Villa’s opening day win over Hull City at the KCOM Stadium amid rumours of them trying to sign him. Championship sides such as Leeds United and Swansea City have also been linked but again it  looks like Aston Villa will win the race for him. Nmecha has a bright future ahead of him in the game and is highly thought of by the Premier League champions.

Tammy Abraham, Chelsea- Rumours of the 20-year-old being targeted by Villa will not going away. The Midlands club are after a young striker and it is yet to be known whether they will get both Nmecha and Abraham or one or the other. Abraham is proven at Championship level having been prolific for Bristol City in the 2016/17 season. He spent the last campaign on loan at Swansea in the Premier League.
