West Brom managed to save themselves during their game against Nottingham Forest, with the Baggies equalising late on to grab a point thanks to Matty Phillips thunderous strike that virtually tore the net open, in the dying minutes of the game.
West Brom fans are beginning to get frustrated though, with the club having an embarrassment of riches currently wasting away in the club, and one player who could be their key to a big payday, would be Belgian International Nacer Chadli, who is still yet to find a move away from the Hawthorns.
Chadli enjoyed an excellent World Cup, in which his national side reached the semi-finals of the tournament, and he made one of the most telling contributions of all, helping his side through in stoppage time against Japan in the Round of 16 with a last minute goal to clinch a 3-2 victory for the Red Devils.
Chadli boasts undeniable quality that we’ve seen on display for both Belgium, Spurs and the Baggies during his first season with the now Championship club.
One club who could choose to make a move for the West Brom winger though could be Premier League Huddersfield Town.
The Terriers will be looking to ensure they reach survival during another Premier League season and with the club supposedly missing out on their target Adama Traore, who has signed for Premier League Wolves, they could turn their attention to other targets before the transfer window slams shut.
With Chadli being available, and more than likely at a cut-price 11th hour deal, could Huddersfield Town swoop in to take the winger from West Brom to West-Yorkshire?
