“The dream is to win the Premier League with Leeds” – Wonderkid Haaland scores more goals

Erling Haaland found himself on the scoresheet yet again this weekend with another two goals which have attracted even more interest in the young forward, further showing why Leeds United should really make a move for the young talent.

Scouts from Manchester United have been watching the young player and are reportedly keen on the young star, however, the young midfielder was actually born in Leeds and it’s thought his heart would most likely lie with Leeds United if he was to make a move to England.

His Dad Alf-Inge Haaland actually played for the West-Yorkshire club during his career and with the young star being born in West-Yorkshire, it’s clear he loves the club.

Fans seem to have caught wind of the wingers impressive performances and his prolific goal tally of eight goals in 8 games for Molde FK this season is one in which a number of clubs are likely to be attracted towards signing the 17-year-old.

Haaland said to Norweigan Website Aftenposten back in 2017: “I want to get the best possible. The dream is to win the Premier League with Leeds. In addition, the goal is to be a better player than that dad was. I hope to get more international matches than he did, ”

Although scouts from Manchester United have been watching the young star, it would make absolute sense for the West-Yorkshire club to make a bid for Haaland. As a fan of Leeds United, he’d be incredibly keen to move to the club and help them earn promotion to the Premier League and if he does impress, his future value could be incredible and would more than likely offer Leeds United a nice profit if they were to sell him on.
