Wolves duo sign new contracts at Molinuex

Jordan Graham and Sylvain Deslandes have signed new contracts at Wolves after the club triggered options to extend their deals, according to the Express & Star.

Both of them have seen their chances at Wolves become limited over recent seasons but have signed a new deal ahead of their Premier League campaign. Graham’s current contract will now run until 2020 whilst Deslandes’ will expire in June 2019.

Graham burst onto the scene at Wolves in the 2015/16 season and was being tipped for a big future at Molinuex. However, he has seen his first-team chances of late become scarce of late.

The 23-year-old started his career at Aston Villa and had loan spells at Ipswich Town and Bradford City before he joined Wolves in January 2015. He was initially loaned out to Oxford United but broke into the Wolves team on his return to Molinuex. Graham then joined Fulham on loan in August 2017 but returned to Wolves in January after playing just three times for the Cottagers.

Like Graham, Sylvain Deslandes will also remain at Molinuex next season. The French defender joined Wolves in 2015 from Caen. He has played 8 times for Wolves’ first-team but has gained most his playing experience during loan spells at Bury and Portsmouth.

It is unlikely that Graham and Deslandes will be used by Wolves in the Premier League next season. Therefore, they could be available for loan this summer.
