Three big transfer deals Birmingham City could pursue in the summer

Garry Monk has made a huge impact at Birmingham City and they now look like they can stay up this season. Here are three transfer deals they could pursue in the summer-

Pablo Hernandez, Leeds United- Garry Monk knows the Spanish winger well from managing him at both Swansea City and Leeds United. He has been linked with bringing him to Birmingham over the past month. Hernandez has been in fine form for Leeds this season and would be some signing by the Blues. However, Leeds are keen to hold onto him so this is a story to keep an eye on.

Jarko Levtic, Lech Poznan- The Blues were said to have made a move for the Swiss midfielder in January and could they potentially move for him again this summer?. He has been a key player for Polish giants Lech Poznan this season. The left-footed attacking midfielder would give the Blues more attacking options next season, should they stay up, and make them more of a force to be reckoned with in the Championship.

Kyle Bartley, Swansea City- There have been no reports linking the Blues with the centre-back as of yet but he is a player who Garry Monk would be likely to target in the summer. He played for Monk at Swansea City and then signed for him on loan at Leeds last season. The 26-year-old has played for Birmingham before on loan and with his career petering out at Swansea, could a return to St Andrews be on the cards?
