Leeds United Vs Birmingham City – Post Match Reaction

Leeds have the blues after Birmingham leave it late to win the match.

Leeds United fans will be travelling home gutted after making their way to St Andrews full of hope for getting all three points against the blues.

For the majority of the game it did look like both teams would be going home with a point, until Birmingham had different ideas when Maghoma tucked home a rebound following a saved effort from Jota.

The United faithful are surely wondering how they let Birmingham City past their defence.

It’s not just one game that’s disappointed Liam.

Something tells me Rob didn’t expect this one…

Consistency is key?

Optimism from Willo.

Evidentially, Leeds United supporters are not happy with that performance in Birmingham today and will be looking for answers in hope of retaining their current play-off spot.

It is no secret that Leeds are used to their ups & downs but after the strong season under Garry Monk last time out, United will be hoping to go that extra step further and secure a play-off spot come the end of the season in May.

Transfer Window

With the January transfer window right around the corner, football fans across the world will be wondering who their team will bring in and no doubt Leeds fans will be wondering who will step foot into Elland Road this coming month.

Next Match

Thomas Christiansen will now be focusing on the New Year’s Day fixture against Nottingham Forest. Despite today’s result against Birmingham City, the Whites are still more in-form than Forest. Although Forest did lose as well as Leeds today, so both teams will be looking to make amends.
