Hull City are searching for their fourth different manager in less than 18 months after head coach Leonid Slutsky left the club by mutual consent on Sunday evening.
The Russian coach follows former bosses Steve Bruce, Mike Phelan and Marco Silva out of The KCOM Stadium exit door following a poor run of results.
Slutsky leaves The Tigers dangerously dangling above the Sky Bet Championship relegation zone with just 19 points from 20 matches and after hearing news of the 46-year-old’s departure, Hull City fans took to Twitter to give their views on the situation.
Massive shame that it hasn't worked out for Leonid Slutsky. Such a gentleman. His first job in a foreign country was always going to be difficult but it's been made near impossible. #hcafc

That's 3 consecutive managers who've managed less than 25 league games at the helm for #hcafc now. Shows what a basket case we've become. Whoever takes over will be either deranged, desperate, or both.

Not sure that was the solution but fair play to city for actually doing something rather then watching the team sink further. #hcafc

Can't help but think Slutsky could of done with an assistant used to the English game, some more players earlier and most importantly….a proper pre season!!!! #hcafc #allamout

Don’t think I’ve ever wanted a #hcafc manager to succeed more than I wanted Slutsky to, but this was the wrong job at the wrong time for him. Hope he gets another crack at English football with a club that isn’t as dysfunctional as City

Slutsky leaves Hull City after winning just four of his 21 matches in charge in all competitions.
