Barrie McKay – Attacking Midfield

Scottish international Barrie McKay signed for Forest on the 5th July, for a reported £500,000, after a successful spell at SPL giants Rangers.

He scored 6 in 46 appearances in all competitions last season, and at just 22 years old, is already well into his senior career.

He is blessed with pace and flair, and has had a cracking start to his career in the English game, netting the winning goal against Millwall on the opening weekend and playing in both league matches so far.

Zach Clough – Attacking Midfield

After scoring nine goals in 29 appearances for former club Bolton Wanderers at the start of last season, youngster Zach Clough had interest from vast amounts of clubs within the English leagues, and was a real hot topic, and opted for a move to Nottingham Forest in January of last year.

He made 14 appearances, and scored four goals in a disappointing season for ‘The Reds’, but will be looking to feature heavily again, and has played in both league games this season.

Daryl Murphy – Striker

Undoubtedly one of, if not the best signing made by Mark Warburton this summer has been the signing of veteran striker Daryl Murphy from Newcastle United.

Although he is at the ripe old age of 34, the Irishman has proven he has what it takes to be a real danger in the Championship, and will be vital for ‘The Reds’ this season.

He made his name in the Championship, with Ipswich Town, before earning himself a move to Newcastle United, however facing the real possibility of little or no game time at all with ‘The Magpies’ recent promotion to the Premier League, Murphy made the switch back to the Championship, and he has already got off the mark for his new club, scoring in the seven goal thriller at Griffin Park on Saturday.
