The Macedonian International still appears to be training with FC Lugano in Switzerland. Yesterday, he posted a photograph of himself on social media training in the Swiss team’s stadium, further adding to the confusion surrounding his future. This photograph was posted by journalist Patrick Della Valle on Della Valle’s Twitter account and it remains to be seen as to whether Leeds United will be able to bring the winger to Elland Road in this transfer window.

Despite this confusion, the Whites would be very keen to bring the Macedonian winger to Elland Road. Alioski managed a remarkable 16 goals from midfield in the Swiss League last season alongside a very impressive 14 assists. If Alioski went on to sign for Leeds and could replicate this sort of form in the Championship, he could be an incredible addition to Leeds’ squad for the upcoming season.
