Derby: Away trip to Den faces Rams in Cup

Sky Bet Championship side Derby County travel to Milwall in the fifth round of the Emirates FA Cup.

The Rams were forced to go to a replay after leading against Premier League champions Leicester City.

Darren Bent’s confusing own-goal put the visitors ahead after eight minutes, but the former Ipswich Town striker levelled 13 minutes later.

Craig Bryson gave the Rams a well-deserved lead heading into the second half. The hosts looked to be heading to an incredible Fourth Round victory over their Midlands rivals – but Wes Morgan’s header on 86 minutes rescued Claudio Ranieri’s side.

The Championship were drawn against the local rivals after defeating Leicester’s fellow Premier League side – West Bromwich Albion.

Albion went ahead 10 minutes prior to the break when matt Phillips’ curling effort beat Scott Carson. However the visitors hit back after the break when Darren Bent’s long-range effort found the top corner before Tom Ince beat Boaz Myhill with a brilliant freekick.

Milwall entered the National Competition back in November when Mahlon Romeo scored a late winner against Southend United in the First Round.

Next up for the Lions was a second home tie with Non League Braintree Town, whom the hosts avoided any blushes against as they eased through to the Third Round with a 5-2 victory.

Premier League side Bournemouth looked to provide an extremely tough task at the Den, but goals from Steve Morison, Shaun Cummings and Shane Ferguson swept the Cherries aside in a 3-0 disappointing loss for Eddie Howe’s side.

The Den found itself host to another Cup shock as Morison scored five minutes from time to beat Watford and book their place in the next round of the FA Cup.

The Fifth Round of the FA Cup will be played between Friday 17th February and Monday 20th February, with Milwall hosting the winner of a replay between Leicester City and Derby County.
