Dutch full back looks set to be the next player to leave Newcastle United

Daryl Janmaat looks set to be the next player to leave Newcastle United after their relegation according to a report from the Newcastle Chronicle.

The Magpies had been expecting the 26-year-old full back this summer and are now listening to offers they signed his replacement, Jesus Gamez from Atletico Madrid, earlier in the week.

And it seems like many clubs will be interested in signing Janmaat. Reports in Italy have suggested that both Inter Milan and Roma want to sign him while in this country Watford are reported to be considering giving him a path back to the Premier League.

Already Newcastle have allowed a few players to leave following their relegation to the Premier League. Earlier in the week Papiss Cisse left St James Park to join Chinese club Shandong Leung while Andros Townsend left in a big money deal to join Crystal Palace. More are expected to leave with several clubs interested in Georginio Wijnaldum though they are currently put off by the huge valuation the Tyneside club have slapped on him.

And Newcastle have already got on with the business of replacing the outgoing players with reports suggesting that Grant Hanley and Isaac Hayden are set to complete moves to the North East very soon.
