The Bantams have been on the hunt for new staff members after ex-boss Phil Parkinson took a large amount of his backroom staff to Bolton Wanderers with him, including assistant manager Steve Parkin, goalkeeping coach Lee Butler and fitness coach Nick Allamby.
Steve Banks has previously enjoyed a spell as goalkeeping coach at Blackpool, and spent a short loan spell at Valley Parade in 2002.
The appointment of Robert Lossau has utilised Bradford’s new German connections under new owners Edin Rahic and Stefan Rupp.
He previously worked for Bundesliga club VFL Wolfsburg and has been working with new Bradford boss Stuart McCall for the last few weeks.
The Bantams have now replaced most of the coaching staff that they lost to Bolton and can now focus on bringing in the players to allow them to have a real promotion push this season.
Bradford are currently joint second favourites with Sky Bet to win League One next season, with odds of 10/1.
