Reuben Noble-Lazarus – Barnsley

Barnsley schoolboy Reuben Noble-Lazarus made history in September 2008 when he made his debut for the Tykes in a Championship encounter with Ipswich Town. Noble-Lazarus came off the bench to make his bow for the Oakwell outfit as they lost 3-0; in doing so he became the youngest player in Football League history at 15 years and 45 days old.

Noble-Lazarus went out on loan to Scunthorpe on November 12 2013 until January 1 2014 where he played four games without scoring. A further short-term loan to Rochdale that ran from October 27 2014 to January 12 2015 eventual saw the youngest player to debut in the Football League make a switch to the Lancastrians in a free transfer on January 13 2015. To date, the 23-year-old has  34 Rochdale appearances and scored 3 goals, laying on 3 assists.
