Birmingham reveal 2016/17 ticket prices

Birmingham will be freezing all of their season ticket prices for next season, as revealed by the club’s official website.

The club claims it is part of a scheme to reward loyal fans and to encourage new fans to buy season tickets too.

It’s a bold step by the club and it comes in the middle of a time when the club are pushing for a play-off spot and potentially to be in with a chance of reaching the Premier League. The Blues are currently sat in seventh place but are just three points behind sixth-placed Derby County.

The club has claimed that even if they did manage to gain promotion to the Premier League, the price freezes would remain “regardless of divisional status.”

It means that prices are as follows: an Adult Season Ticket would cost from £349 if you wanted to sit in the Tilton stand, £439 in the Kop and £230 Paddocks, while Under 11 season-tickets are free anywhere in the stadium.

Birmingham fans – what do you think about the freeze? Are you happy with the prices as they are?
