Bournemouth’s top scorer on West Ham’s radar

Premier League side West Ham are on the hunt for Bournemouth’s goak-machine Callum Wilson ahead of a potential move in the summer.

With the Hammers scoring just six goals in their last ten matches, boss Sam Allardyce is keen to add to his strike-force ahead of the new season according to The Mirror.

Wilson has enjoyed an incredible season with the Cherries, a season which sees them sitting in 2nd place, having scored the most goals in the league and conceding the 2nd least.

23 year-old Wilson is currently Bournemouth’s top scorer with 22 goals in all competitions, as well as chipping in with seven assists.

The 6th top scorer in the league, the former Coventry City striker has quickly found his feet in the Championship, having only had one appearance in the division before the start of the season.

Eddie Howe spent £3 million on the forward, showing his confidence in Wilson’s ability, and the Englishman has lived up to his expectations.

Earning his first call up to set England set up, in the form of the U21 squad, in November, Wilson has continued to perform and help Bournemouth to the top end of the table.
