Will Hughes, Derby:
Will Hughes has been in the public limelight for some years now as the next big thing as far as English football is concerned. He made his Derby debut as a 16 year old away at Peterborough and has not looked back since. At the height of his powers he was linked with Arsenal, his boyhood club Liverpool and even Barcelona! Despite being slightly less magical last season, he was still a huge part of the Derby squad that finished 3rd in the league. The impressive Jeff Hendrick and Craig Bryson kept him out in the latter part of 2013/14 but Hughes is without doubt one of the most talented footballers in the league.
