1. Can Will Hughes become a star?
Ask any Derby fan about the quality of Will Hughes and they will wax lyrical all day long. His vision, touch, variety of passes and composure set him apart from most midfielders in the Championship. Most fans outside of Derby don’t see the best of Hughes though. He does not always dictate the big games in the manner that he does so regularly for Derby, and often gives his best performances away from home without the pressure of the iPro crowd upon him. Having dismissed rumoured Premier League interest in his signature, Hughes has just signed a new 4 year contract at Derby. The stage is set for the 19 year old to step up to the next level and become a star capable of inspiring his team all the way to the Premier League.
