David Hockaday’s only managerial job so far has been with non-league Forest Green Rovers. However, not many people would call his stint successful. In just over four seasons in charge, his win percentage was only 33.86%, which, considering Forest Green had one of, if not the biggest transfer and wage budget in the league, was disappointing for the fans, as well as the Forest Green board.
With a poor start to the 2013/14 season, Hockaday left the club by mutual consent, leaving Forest Green in the hunt for a new manager.
